“If you wanted to create a business or an education environment that was directly opposed to what the brain was good at doing, you probably would design something like a cubicle or a classroom. And if you wanted to change things, you might have to tear down both and start over."
John Medina

John Medina, a developmental molecular biologist, has a lifelong interest in how the brain sciences might influence the way we teach our children. In his New York Times bestselling book, Brain Rules, he describes 12 rules--what scientists know for sure about how our brains work--and then offers powerful ideas that could transform the way our schools help children learn.

Now, you have the opportunity to spend a day with Dr. Medina as he takes what you learned in the book to the next level.
