The University
Fund is an unrestricted account that helps ensure the University's
fiscal health by providing support for:
- Financial
aid, institutional grants and scholarships
- Faculty
salaries and professional development
- Academic
programs and facilities improvements
Taking
It to the Next Level
Currently, SPU raises approximately $1.2 million each year
for the unrestricted account called The University Fund. Present
contributions are allocated to the financial aid component.
The goal is to grow The University Fund to $3 million a year,
allowing not only for increased scholarship assistance but
for faculty development and programs related to faculty enhancement.
