Graduating Seniors and their guests are invited to the annual Senior Salute Cruise (in May) aboard the historic Virginia V, sponsored by the Young Alumni Council (YAC). Guests set sail on the last wooden passenger steamer from Seattle's historic Mosquito Fleet. This boat was part of SPU history for more than 50 years and has undergone a $4.6 million, six-year renovation. Guests enjoy a sunset cruise on Lake Washington, dinner, and live jazz entertainment.
